ONE COORDINATED TREATMENT

More than treating the places you can see.

Bed bugs can hide in seams, joints and nearby furniture. Our standard approach combines targeted steam, professional insecticide and an insect growth regulator, with preparation and aftercare explained for your home.

A technician prepares to enter a bedroom for an agreed visit.
01

Targeted steam

Applied to suitable accessible areas as part of the agreed treatment.

02

Professional insecticide

Selected products and placements, with residual treatment continuing to work after the visit.

03

Insect growth regulator

Used as part of the combined approach. The technician explains the products and precautions for your property.

Targeted steam is part of the combined treatment; this is not whole-room heat treatment. Products and placements are chosen for your property.

A mother with her baby, child and dog welcomes a technician before treatment.

YOUR HOME, YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES

Children, a baby or pets at home?

Tell us before you book, including about fish, birds or a room you cannot easily keep out of use. We explain who needs to be away, how to prepare and the re-entry instructions for the actual treatment.

Talk through your concerns

FROM FIRST CALL TO AFTERCARE

Know what happens next.

Our standard bed-bug service is planned around one treatment appointment, with residual treatment continuing to work afterwards.

We discuss your property by phone first; there is no separate preliminary visit just to produce a proposal.

  1. A technician explains a treatment plan on a tablet while a homeowner listens.

    Talk it through

Tell us what you have noticed and where. We discuss the scope, preparation and quotation.

  2. A homeowner removes bed linen before the agreed visit.

    Prepare for the agreed visit

Follow the laundry and access instructions. At the appointment, the technician checks the agreed areas before treatment.

  3. A homeowner reads the written aftercare instructions.

    Follow your written aftercare

Leave the named treated areas undisturbed. If fresh signs concern you, note where and when and call us.

PLAN AROUND YOUR DAY

Clear instructions.
Fewer unknowns.

Allow time for treatment and re-entry

For an agreed insecticide treatment, allow about 1–1½ hours for the work, followed by around one hour for the air to settle. After cold fogging, the planned settling period is two hours instead of one. Your written product-specific re-entry instructions always take priority.

Let the aftercare support the treatment

Do not add shop-bought sprays or clean the named treated areas until your written instructions allow it. Call us first if you are worried about fresh activity.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU CALL

Questions you may be asking.

Will I need a separate survey appointment?

We discuss the signs, property, preparation and planned treatment by phone before booking. The technician checks the agreed areas when attending to carry out the work. If conditions differ, we explain any change before proceeding.

How much disruption should I plan for?

Our standard service is planned around one treatment appointment. Clear access and agreed laundry preparation help us use that visit well. Read the preparation guide.

What if there are children, a baby or pets at home?

Tell us before the appointment, including about fish, birds and any room that cannot easily be kept out of use. We explain the product-specific precautions and re-entry instructions.

Can I use another spray or vacuum afterwards?

Do not add shop-bought sprays or clean the named treated areas until your written aftercare allows it. If fresh signs concern you, note where and when they appeared and call us.
